I was born and grew up in Linz and (apart from a few years at the countryside in Mühlviertel) I lived here till now.
After „Matura“ I decided to start studying primary school teaching at “Private Pädagogische Hochschule der Diözese Linz” and worked for several childcare facilities and summer-camps. During my studies, I got the chance to spend a term abroad in Riga, where I learned about Latvian school and their teaching methods, as well as their whole school system. Within this experience I realized, how important it is to always stay open minded and stay hungry for new experiences and other cultures, because you always can learn from each other as long as you take the chance to.
In September 2015, I started as an educator at an after-school care center and remained in that job for two years (working at two different locations each year). I am now very eager to finally start as a primary school teacher at the lisa-junior-primary school this September and I am very curious about that new experience.
My goal as a teacher is to create a comfortable and stimulation learning environment, where we can benefit from each others experience and knowledge.
