I grew up in beautiful and idyllic Mühlviertel surrounded by nature and calm. After I had finished my “Matura” I decided to broaden my mind by going abroad. Therefore I have worked as an au pair in a small town near Northampton (England), where I had to take care of three wonderful girls.
As I have known for a long time that I wanted to become a teacher (let’s just say I was the one who constantly wanted to play “school” with other children), I started my Primary School teacher training at the Private University College of the Diocese of Linz and finished in 2015. Furthermore I am trained for teaching Catholic Religion. During my studies I also got the chance for observing a Primary School in England within a work placement.
After that I was lucky that LISA Junior was looking for a care taker for the After School Care. Within one year working there and as a teacher for adult asylum seekers, I more and more discovered my passion and interest for international relationships and cultural understanding.
I am now grateful to be part of the highly motivated teaching staff of this open-minded school. My aim is to make learning a joyful experience which encourages the children to become motivated and independent life-long learners.
